After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order for the Goods, and the delivery services you have requested from the delivery service provider. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to www.hiimmune.com to buy Goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Goods have been dispatched by the delivery service provider (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between you and ‘us’ will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hiimmue does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Hiimmue does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that Hiimmue from time to time may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, Hiimmue service is at your sole risk. Hiimmue services and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Hiimmune, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other Hiimmue claim related in any way to your use of the service or any Hiimmue product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
At Hiimmue, our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 GMT within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability (If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this). Timescales of estimated delivery will be within 1 – 5 Working Days(UK Mainland Only). Please note other circumstance which may possibly cause a delay is when the delivery company used has a problem with their service itself. This, again, is a very rare situation, but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to find a quick and effective resolution for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Please note that all website and mail order payments are taken in full at the time of order, regardless of stock. The total price paid represents an amount to ‘us’ for the supply of Goods, and an amount collected by ‘us’ on behalf of the delivery service provider for the supply of delivery services.
We will endeavour to take the greatest care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email customer care at Info@hiimmue.com Complaints / Feedback / Recommendations.
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to ‘you’ by ‘us’. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representative about the nature or quality of any Goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
HIIMMUNE ltd is the UK distributor of Fitbod app responsible only for taking and receiving payments and issuing memberships, discounts and instructions on how to redeem the memberships. We (HIIMMUNE ltd) are not responsible for the performance and maintenance of the app thereafter. As UK distributors for fitbod HIIMMUNE ltd are responsible for
- Providing subscriptions and discounts for annual subscriptions of the fitbod app only
- Refunds: Any subscriptions purchased through HIIMMUNE ltd will be issued by HIIMMUNE ltd if it falls under the fitbod refund policy.
- We provide subscription codes for fitbod only and not responsible for any other service

PARTNERSHIP WITH FORTH
HIIMMUNE ltd is in partnership with Forth (Humankind Ventures Limited) to deliver a bespoke Wellness Immune test to HI IMMUNE customers. HI IMMUNE is responsible only for taking and receiving payments, basic customer details including their name/s, email address, delivery address, telephone number, gender and date of birth and submitting this data to Forth (HVL) to activate the customers account ensuring the order is sent for dispatch. We (HIIMMUNE ltd) are not responsible for the customer journey thereafter. Hi IMMUNE ltd will not receive any further data including any test results. HI IMMUNE may contact you with health related advice and promotions but this correspondence will not be based on, or related to any test results. The tests Forth offers are intended to improve wellbeing and optimise sports performance. The test results are for information purposes only. If you do have concerns about your health, please discuss these directly with your GP.
HIIMMUNE ltd are responsible for
- Providing a service in the way of a bespoke designed test
- Refunds: Any tests purchased through HIIMMUNE ltd will be issued by HIIMMUNE ltd if it falls under the fitbod refund policy.
- HI IMMUNE activates the customer’s account for dispatch only and not responsible for any other service
